Industrial Heating's monthly economic indicators for July 2011 showed growth for the eighth consecutive month. Three numbers – the change in the number of orders, change in backlog and expected change in the health of the industry – increased from June. The change in the number of request for quotes dropped slightly but was still over 55, the highest of all four indices. July’s numbers:
- Change in number of request for quotes from May to June – 55.7
- Change in number of orders from May to June – 52.9
- Change in backlog from May to June – 51.4
- Expected change in the health of the industry through July – 51.9
