BeaverMatic (Rockford, Ill.) installed its third internal quench furnace with indirect gas for Amarillo Gear (Amarillo, Texas). The furnace has a work area of 36 inches wide x 48 inches long x 32 inches high and has a workload capacity of 3,000 pounds. It is to be used for hardening precision spiral bevel gears and helical gears.
