Model 5500-2000 Net Energy controller uses advanced data-acquisition software and a net energy algorithm to produce a plasma plume having increased stability. Hardware and software interface in a closed-loop with all gas controls to monitor, adjust, and record process parameters and data in real time. By controlling and maintaining the actual net energy of the plasma, the system provides a steady heat output level, which reduces coating variability. In addition, the system allows the operator to dial in optimal parameters and to completely control the process, making faster and more accurate adjustments.
