Bodycote Testing Group, which was acquired by private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier and Rice in October 2008, has relaunched with a new name, identity and website. The company will now be known as Exova. Bodycote Testing Group provides testing and advisory services to the aerospace, energy, oil and gas, civil engineering, transportation, pharmaceutical, food and consumer products industries and has over 130 facilities in 25 countries. The new identity will be implemented through phases over the next few months, with the change being complete by October 2009.

The new name Exova and its accompanying contemporary graphics convey the company’s vision of being “the number-one supplier of choice of testing and advisory services.” The company also said that it is diversifying into new areas. More information is available at www.exova.com.
