Despatch Industries announced the sale of a solution heat-treat furnace to Aernnova Componentes Mexico. The furnace will be used to heat treat aluminum components for the aerospace industry at Aernnova’s new Queretaro, Mexico, facility. The order consists of one solution heat-treat furnace, a mobile glycol-quench tank, a separate mobile heated-water-quench tank and a stationary water-rinse tank. All the tanks are constructed of stainless steel.

The furnace’s workspace measures 1,250 mm wide x 1,800 mm long x 2,000 mm high. The equipment purchase also included two custom aluminum aging ovens and a chiller for quenchant cooling. Despatch will provide Aernnova with complete installation, start-up and training.
