Eclipse Inc. of Rockford, Ill., announced the acquisition of the assets of High Degree Technical Services of Enfield, Conn. High Degree focuses on providing services to the industrial heat-processing market throughout New England. The acquisition enhances Eclipse’s expanding focus on providing a complete line of service solutions for industrial combustion markets.

Eclipse offers the industrial heating market a full line of service offerings worldwide. Services included are preventative-maintenance contracts, on-site service, project management, safety audits, start-up service, training, technical assistance, energy audits and emergency service.
