Integrity 2000 is a coil signature monitor, an energy monitor and a process signature monitor in one unit. It can monitor 1 to 5 (capable of 10) signals such as power voltage, amperage, quench flow, quench pressure, quench temperature, part rotation, part temperature, part process speed and others. Process variables are traced as they are written (in real time) ensuring proper verification.
